What we do with this

What we collect: only the fields on this form. Your year of birth is used once to confirm eligibility and is not transmitted or stored — we keep only a yes/no confirmation that you attested to being 18+.
Why: to send you beta builds, match bugs to hardware, and follow up on your reports. Nothing else — no marketing lists, no sharing or selling to third parties.
Where: stored in CHKDSK Labs' self-hosted CRM. Not sold, not shared.
How long: until the beta program ends, or until you ask us to delete it — whichever comes first.
Your rights: email jay@chkdsklabs.io any time to access, correct, or delete your data, or to withdraw from the program.
